User/Client/Student: (referred to as “you”, “your”, “student”, “client”)

 

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in these T&C, you must not access or use our services.

 

1. Services Overview

 

 

Capital Brilliance Learning provides educational consulting, administrative support, onboarding assistance, training guidance, and related services (“Services”). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access to and use of our website and basic resources are free of charge.

 

Additional services, consulting, onboarding support, and administrative assistance are provided on a paid basis as outlined in Section 3.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or purchasing any Services from us:

 

  • You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept to be legally bound by these Terms.

  • You agree these Terms form a legally binding contract between you and the Company.

  • You consent to the collection and use of your information under our Privacy Policy.

3. Fees, Payments, and Charges

3.1 General Fees

 

 

Certain Services provided by Capital Brilliance Learning are subject to consulting, onboarding, and administrative fees (“Fees”).

All Fee amounts will be communicated prior to purchase and must be paid in full according to the terms of purchase.

 

 

3.2 Onboarding and Consultancy Charges

 

 

Where additional onboarding support is required beyond the standard Services:

 

  • We may charge 20% to 30% of your first scheduled payment as an onboarding/administrative fee.

  • If the first payment has not been made, we reserve the right to charge up to 60% of the second payment as an administrative/onboarding fee.

  • Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

 

3.3 Payment Terms

  • You agree to pay all Fees when due.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of Services until payment is received.

  • We accept payment via card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at checkout.

  • All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

4. Changes in Fees

​

Capital Brilliance Learning reserves the right to change, adjust, or discontinue any Fee structure at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to future purchases and ongoing Services as applicable.

5. No Guarantee of Results

 

We provide educational guidance, support, and consultancy only. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including academic progress, acceptance, certification, compliance, or financial success. You agree that the Company cannot be held liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content, branding, materials (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, training modules) provided through the Site or Services is owned by or licensed to Capital Brilliance Learning and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

 

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivatives of such content without prior written consent.

 

7. User Conduct

You agree that you will:

 

  • Provide accurate and complete information where required.

  • Not misuse the Site or our Services.

  • Abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws.

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operations or servers.

8. Termination and Suspension

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Services at any time if:

 

  • You breach these Terms;

  • We suspect fraudulent activity;

  • You fail to make timely payments;

  • Required by law or governmental regulation.

Upon termination, all outstanding Fees remain owed and payable immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

  • Capital Brilliance Learning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

  • Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Fees you have paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capital Brilliance Learning and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

 

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Your use of the Site or Services;

  • Your violation of applicable laws.
